Important: If someone violates the Code of Connection, you can report them through your match history. We take these guidelines seriously to maintain a safe and respectful community.
What Happens Each Month
Match Creation
On the 1st of each month, everyone in the pool is randomly paired with someone new
Email Notification
You receive an email with your match's name, pronouns, industry, and a conversation topic
Connect & Converse
Reach out to your match and have a conversation. Coffee chat, video call, or message exchange, your choice
Share Feedback
Let us know how it went. Your feedback helps us improve the experience for everyone
